Can we keep Debbie? She’s so much fun!
Almost as fun as Petty Holt.

Almost as fun as Petty Holt.
“Supergirl looks shocked anyone on the Internet would support Toyman. Supergirl has somehow never been online in five seasons.”
It’s not Supergirl, it’s Berlanti. The very notion that anti-trolling legislation “prevents WWIII” is just so laughably on-brand for Berlanti’s utterly pedestrian politics that it can’t do…
No mention of alternate-Mick’s AI being Snart? That was a fun sorta-cameo.
The Black Lightning part of this Crisis Crossover was very interesting, showing us the Earth-1 and Earth-2 versions of Freeland. Then ‘our’ Freeland gets taken out by the Anti-Matter wave, but Black Lightning himself is teleported out by a…
Here’s a scary thought:
The DEO Balcony of Deep Thoughts —is gone—.

“The Wrath Of Rama Khan” feels like a solid midseason finale to a season we didn’t watch.”
I think you’re right. Are we sure there weren’t 4-5 other episodes from this season that were produced in secret? They might explain things a bit better than all this plot/character cramming has.
Hmm... I think this episode made it clear what I think my issue with this show is: It doesn’t feel like a ‘Bat’ show.
From the 1960's Batman, through to the 1990's animated series, and even the Arkham games. They all felt like they were about Batman, his crusade to save a thoroughly corrupt city, and the escalation…
Seems Chappelle was right again: Don’t mess with the Alphabet People. Especially them T’s. :-D
I think it has more to do with the weird biases and hang-ups of the writer.
Good start. Lots of fun stuff. The usual insane nonsense mixed with blink-and-you’ll-miss-them gags. Loved that the Wasps know they’re assholes, so they’re happy to help one another.
“There’s also a running bit about Nazi Morty insisting that Clone Rick take him on fun adventures that have no deeper meaning at all…
So this site is like Stormfront, but it’s just black supremacy rather than white supremacy, right?
“I spent most of this episode wondering why William couldn’t see through his friend’s Doc Ock cosplay.”
This is a world where Kara/Clarke put on glasses, and suddenly no one can tell their Supergirl/Superman.
Actually looks like she’s back in this coming week’s episode. So I guess that’s ok. :)
The man could single-handedly cure cancer and you’d attack him for “genocide against innocent cancer cells”.
Find a constructive way of directing your energy from this clear case of TDS.
Hi Luisa d’Oliveira... bye Luisa d’Oliveira.
Weirdest cameo ever. I presume her wind-power person has to come back later, right?
“needlessly impose restrictive stereotypes on a fetus”
Biology is a stereotype now?
I was worried that the voice overs would continue, and they are. That’s not good.
Everything else is pretty good, but those voice overs have to stop.
I really do hope that we get a lot of off-camera monologues from Rosso. :D
In an alternate universe, The A.V. Club is one again writing another article on “toxic masculinity” and celebrating the end of supernatural and the misogynistic objectification of its lead actresses, Jenny Ackles and Jessica Padalecki.
To this alternate A.V. Club, the very idea of a show with such a massive male…
I’m not sure if Scorpion became a Space Marine or the Space Marine became Scorpion somewhere during the process of making that costume. Either way, pretty cool.
Shame about all the God-awful tattoos.
And in an instant, Dave Chappelle was proven right.
