It was born in ‘74, so, I’d say that hairline actually had a pretty good run.

I was a kid when the C4 came out. I don’t think anyone that wasn’t alive then doesn’t have an idea of how shocking that car was.
I thought Richard Hammond had this job.
Same here. We bought the first one at Gillmans and 16 mos later Harvey took it. Our experience there was good enough that we just went in and asked for the same salesman and ordered another Crosstrek with the color and options she wanted.
My wife has bought two Crosstreks from Gillman ;)
The Outback is actually a full class larger than the Forester, being 9 inches longer. The Forester is a compact crossover (akin to a CRV) whereas the Outback is a midsize.
That’s pretty nice. I’m about to embark on some major surgery/deferred maintenance on my ‘02 Outback, and I’ve been pondering a lift and some extra lights. The Subie is no longer the “family car”, so I can do what I like with it

Back in May, I sold my 1995 Jeep Cherokee—a $600 rustbucket that just three years prior had heroically stuck it to…
I guess I am one of the few blind ones - I’ve now seen the new Silverado in person and I like it. I have read the articles/etc. and I don’t see how this is such a universal “panning” of the design. I can find just as many faults in the design concepts of Ford and Ram’s current trucks <shrug>.

“Help me, BMW enthusiast. You’re my only hope.”
IDK where you live but around here ~90% of full size trucks are stock.
