You know, everyone else complained, but I didn't mind squat toilets (so long as they were kept clean). I'd def take a clean squat toilet over a dirty sit toilet any day. Toilet paper is essential, however.

Not only that, but i don't think the boy wants my cold feet anywhere NEAR that area. It's bad enough when I accidentally bump his feet and he practically springs out of bed in surprise. Hot stuff!

Also wanted to add that this doesn't mean the kids are not being educated, are being abused, or whatever else we associate with child labor in the US. Where I was in Africa, schools basically shut down for harvest, as the teachers wanted to take of their crops too!
