A podcast circulating some bullshit is one thing but the NYT has to bring it up to her? Is this the new fact-checking procedure for the Grey Lady these days?

Not surprised that she won but the after-win bullshit that they ran on the court can’t be helping her focus. Gayle King came running out, gushing as if all those people and cameras were there for her. Serena has been the GOAT for a long time, and handling things is what she does, but they should allow her to go about

How does he know when it’s time? Does he rely on an assistant to provide a reminder, or can he just smell the old on them when they hit that quarter-century mark?

The Potomac, the Hudson, and then on to the Charles river. Touch ‘em all. Please get a tetanus shot, beforehand.

I like to be open-minded about various musical genres, but I don’t listen to contemporary country. I have probably missed some good stuff but not knowing who Aldean is makes it worth it.

Moving from a serial rapist/child trafficker to a murderer--who says you can’t rehabilitate yourself in prison?

Hard to believe any of these phrases are actually uttered in a restaurant. Years ago, back in the 20th century, I was working in a restaurant and someone said “the customer is always right” and everybody in the place laughed.

Their hunger for attention is insatiable. Just a few years ago, all they could do it bitch about wanting out from all the attention. What bullshitters.

I buy whole chickens with the giblets and do this: Take out the fat that’s right by the tail and render it in a pan. Dice some shallot or onion and put it in the pan. Chop up the liver and the heart and into the pan with some rosemary, salt & pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes, deglaze with white vermouth. Serve it

Thanks for doing this. It’s all I wanted to see from the show. Good comments, too.

Nice pic. What does that food look like before you eat it?

This is one of those stories like how people won’t have Thanksgiving because they can’t afford the food. Yeah, right.

A lot of Trader Joe’s wine buying customers buy more than one or two bottles. People drive to the store, so it’s no biggie to bring it home. Not so in Manhattan. Why have a wine store in an expensive location where you’re selling so little?

The easiest way to cook eggs in large batches is to poach them.

OK has a very large shortage of teachers. Who wants to work in a state that outlaws book reading?

Lawsuit was filed a year ago and now she’s adding these guys?

The other day I was watching CNN and someone was explaining the good things in the IRA regarding climate. The host interrupted her and pointed out that it would not fix everything that is going wrong. This story reminds me of that. The whining about how it’s not enough.

Recycling is so last year. Put a little more effort into the work, huh?

Julia Fox want kids to train up for work. Makes sense, getting good help has been harder to find lately and she wants to make sure she doesn’t run out of domestic help in the future.

How does a town that has less than 2,000 people even have its own police force? Where does the money come from to pay them? Little towns usually are served by a sheriff’s department. Relying on a little bitty town’s “resources” to hire police is what gets you unqualified idiots like these.
