There are lots of good reasons not to buy facebook products, but a guy who hasn’t worked there for almost 5 years isn’t one of them.

Of course the number of women applying is going to be suppressed in a field they see as hostile to their existence with extremely limited room for advancement. Just because you refuse to see it and are perfectly okay with the status quo doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem.

It’s actually a “flatter system” that involves getting promoted by flattering your boss, which is sure to have no problems.

Whether a small development studio is all male or all female or what-have-you does not matter.
