WIth poaching of VW and BMW execs... you’d be surprised how similar in both quality and ride those two vehicles are... Also... longevity... VW has been struggling with that... Hyundai of today... is not that of 10 years ago... Their dealership salesmen suck... but otherwise solid vehicles.

I can definitely concur on this aspect. Until people stop thinking about themselves (won’t happen) and their status that can be immediately identified by such a society iconic badge like an AMG or M series or even RS to an extent... we won’t see the drop in sales....
