OK, I feel like I have to make a confession here. While I love cars, I fucking hate car ownership. Every single aspect seems purposefully designed to suck the life and enjoyment out of it. Buying a car is a huge pain, with shady dealerships, hard-salesmanship from “the finance guy”, pre-optioned models and locked-in

It is almost like the story was talking about domestic US production. Funny enough Lithium is a commodity that does not have to be produced in your country in order to use it.

I don’t understand what the big deal is. Just buy one of these for each station. Problem solved.

Absolutely no sympathy for Thunder fans.

Are you freaking kidding? Come on, dude.

Tesla is ahead of schedule.  They weren’t expecting to blow up in China for a couple more years.

Yes you are. Because just like with all things, they are expensive and for the wealthy first before they get mass produced and made available for everyone to buy. When cats first came to be, barely anyone could afford them and I’m sure many people had thoughts like yours, why would I buy a car when I have a horse.

Pussy. I used my aircast to drive my Alfa 1750 GTV

I’m having difficulty wrapping my brain around this. Tesla is building/selling one vehicle, but using software to offer at two different price points and trim levels. So essentially there’s no savings at the manufacturing level. But then he’s making it more difficult for consumers to purchase the less expensive,

I agree, no need to buy an automatic just yet. Some years back I laid down an Italian sportbike* and busted my left leg. I just clutched with my right foot while it healed.

* Full Disclosure: I wrecked my Grandpop’s ‘76 Vespa P200E in my driveway, but “laid down an Italian sportbike” sounds like I slid a Ducati down a

The average consumer has no idea what’s under their hood or who made it. They want it to work, be cheap to run, and be powerful and they don’t care how that’s done. The biggest compliment engines usually get are about them being smooth and quiet which are hallmarks of electric motors.

The irony is that Markakis thought owning all those guns would make him a safe cracker.

I speak as someone who loved Zero Escape (999 in particular), so I might be a little biased. Phoenix Wright is a lot less... I don’t want to say “thoughtful”, because that implies the games are dumb, but it’s a lot more ridiculous, over-the-top, and focused on character quirks and narrative instead of overarching

If you thought that 999 and the other Zero Escape games were slow-paced, you might find that Phoenix Wright is a bit more energetic. It’s still a visual novel, so you’re either pressing A to advance text or solving puzzles, but PW’s structure is more episodic, so plots move forward and resolve faster than in Zero

When i saw the picture i thought you were going to say you joined the military

5 HRs and 5 runs scored. Got on base (at least) 7 other times and none of the other puds on his team could bring him home. Look at this shit!

hah its quite the rush and IMO is safer than a motorcycle. My friend asked to race, which I am more than willing to lose(its still fun), but then said lets trade jet skis and then race. If you pin the throttle on this thing, it quite literally leaps out of the water, it then continues to leap until it hits 45mph when

can we retire “___ gate” too?

“A more apt comparison between the M3 is a Bolt, Kona, or similar $35k+ MSRP EVs.”
