Waymo operates in south Tempe; they stop just south of Broadway. And while they cover much of Chandler, they don’t really operate in Gilbert or Mesa, as the east end is McQueen/Mesa Dr.

probably 1,200 dollars a year in health insurance costs

Kia is a vastly superior machine. (EDIT: GIF deadspin’d?)

I completely agree that the brakes should be upgraded. That said, the C5 brakes aren’t exactly a slouch - 325mm front/304mm rear rotors with a basic caliper design that carried over to the non-Z06 C6 (even with the Z51 heavy-duty brake setup). Problem is, larger rotors would require 18" wheels, so he’d be stuck with

The LS6 cam and yellow beehive springs are silly cheap, that’s why. The later LS6 cam has 117.5° LSA, which is fine as a cheap boost cam. I’d personally spend the extra $5-600 on better aftermarket stuff, but then again it’s still making silly power.

You think that’s bad, check the exhaust.

Who cares about small body issues if it’s fast as hell?

We’ve already been over this.

You’re asking to be ungreyed now? Wanna help me rearrange the deck chairs while you’re at it?

Neons are one of my go-to’s when junkyard diving. I have Neon 3-point seat belts and a center console (with functional e-brake handle) in my classic muscle car.

That’s a lot of coin for a pretty slow, bargain-basement car. I went to look at a couple manual 2013 TDI wagons recently after being really impressed by our 2015 eGolf. Wow the drop-off in fit/finish and materials was impressive. I couldn’t justify the $11-12k asking for those, let alone $4k more for essentially the

I just want to say that I recently Turo’d a Japanese imported ‘89 RHD Land Cruiser 2-door Turbo Wagon. It was terrifyingly fun on the mountain road we drove, and I can’t tell you how many second-looks and thumbs-up it got (mainly because I was hyper-focused on not driving off into a ditch). You should definitely drive

Needs to be about half that price so one can spend the rest (and much more) converting to electric.

This would be a great first EV/second household car when it’s priced at $14k and just off-lease three years from now. If it’s even remotely as fun as our eGolf, I’d take it in a heartbeat over the plain-ass Kona/Bolt/Leaf.

Because you’d have to look at this every day.

I at least make an attempt to turn on MNF. The TNF games have always been so atrocious that I’ve only watched when my team was playing. In fact, I just last week found out that it’s now on Fox, although I still shut it off because it was completely forgettable.

As someone who lives out west, yous on the east coast are fortunate in that you can throw a baseball in any direction and hit an MLB stadium.
