One of my all time favorites.
One of my all time favorites.
I seem to recall various toys and such too.
I’m right there with you. But with all the cold and snow we’ve had in Denver, I’m wondering when I need to start handing out 2 full size bars to each kid.
It’s a pity your headline doesn’t really match the content of the article. The entire article is spent talking about how the old cash for clunkers program didn’t achieve its goals. However I see zero analysis about Schumer’s plan.
Taking her at face value, I wonder what Trump could have possibly asked for that would have made her say no.
I voted NP for this even though it’s not my thing. It’s an ‘88 so it does have some limitations for its time. Getting 300 HP out of that engine isn’t hard. New springs and shocks will deal with whatever shortcomings the suspension has.
*** They’re great everywhere. Big fun anywhere you won’t get high centered. I’m sure you’ve seen the 325ix and leopard tank video.
User name checks out.
Exactly. Study isn’t showing anything on NOx, HC, etc. NOx is the biggest contributor to smog. As for HC, you can just smell that unburned fuel when you’re behind a carbureted car. In the Denver area where I live, total emissions may be up, but the air is much cleaner than 30 years ago.
*** One of my favorite things to do was when I was lined up next to a Jeep or other SUV in a snowstorm and just stomp on it off the light.
We all knew that comment was coming.
* You’re right on the t-case, but I had my axles reman’ed locally.
That’s funny. Fuego is fire in Spanish.
Please tell me where in this article (or anywhere for that matter) is the woman whose story is told “grabbed any cash.” She is not the author of the book.
Also reminiscent of the old Cragar SS.
And another 5 says it’s in the closing credits.
The Capri Mk1 swap is the one I want. I’d use some EFI variant of the Windsor small block.
I’d imagine it was some kind of double wheel arrangement like you’d see on a rollercoaster. All the friction would be in the wheel bearings. It doesn’t look like a mag-lev track. Although the bearings themselves might be some kind of magnetic suspension. It wouldn’t surprise me if the bearings were actively cooled.
There should be no problem to a tranny filter and oil change. The reason to avoid a flush is due to the possibility that some crud will get knocked loose and block a fluid passage.
Well that’s a non sequitur.
