“The right to free speech” is directly embodied in the first amendment as shown in the strip. The culture or tradition of free speech that we have in the US is just that. I think the conflation of rights and traditions is happening in your head.

We started in the 70's.
And tires have something to do with cars! Works for me.
I’ll just leave this right here...
I have to say. I’m not so easily jouled.
Thanks. I’m aware. That early model followed the Vette and T-bird and was clearly influenced by them. The final version was taking its own path.
Remember what else was out there at the time. This came out in 1962. A stunner in its time.
Not quite. Directional tires have symmetric treads but need to rotate in one direction. These have asymmetric treads but will rotate in either direction.
I think this was supposed to be about cars that don’t live up; not cousins. ;)
Don’t give 'em an inch...
Not to mention costs to certify it with various federal agencies. With the front engine Vettes, having a manual option wasn’t too hard to do as there are still plenty of production units that can be made to work in that layout. I’m pretty sure there a exactly 0 production units that can be adapted into that drivetrain…
No need.
I had a 69 Pontiac Lemans with the powerglide. Terrible transmission for those stoplight drag races. But fantastic for rolling starts.
It’s obvious it was driven rarely. That’s the reason the battery cutoff switch is there. I like the car too, but I’d put the price at $4500.
Exactly. The seller is putting too much value on low miles. As a collectible, you’d want lower miles. As a driver, you’d want lower price. I’m thinking an asking price of $5000 and selling for $4500.
Pot. Kettle.
I’d have to say most everyone in one area or another. In the case of a water heater, that’s why we have building codes and inspectors. It’s a way to deal with shoddy workmanship. But those are also trained professionals. I am pretty sure there aren’t many prototype exhaust inspectors.
I don’t know why you would say that. That’s why experts are hired in the first place because that is supposed to be their area of expertise. For example, let’s say you just had a new water heater installed but it was done improperly. Because of this, CO leaked into your house and made your whole family sick. Is this…
Actually muffler design very much affects surface temperature. The main deciding factor on surface temperature is heat flux. Flux is basically the amount of thermal energy moving through a surface per unit area per unit time. If you have less heat flux, more thermal energy goes out the tailpipe. This is the same…
Because outspoken woman.
