Each show is its own thing. You can watch WandaVision without knowing anything about Billy and Tommy. You can watch Falcon and the Winter Soldier without knowing anything about Eli Bradley.

UFOs are just unidentified flying objects. I believe in UFOs...until they are identified, at which point, they are no longer UFOs. But if someone presents evidence that identifies your UFO as an optical illusion or a plane or a drone and you insist, “Nope, it was aliens,” then that makes you a Flat Earther.

Just because it wasn’t a craft doesn’t mean it was aliens. It was probably a balloon or flare being obscured by something.

They show up on radar because they are planes or drones. This video explains how they aren’t pyramids. Unless your radar can detect pyramidal shapes, which it can’t.
