They have a high mask adoption rate, mandatory mask laws, and antidotal evidence shows nearly everyone wearing them at all times (even driving alone...).

Because it’s not a barrier, it’s a mask. And the virus is transmitted through water droplets, not air. So if the person next to you isn’t wearing a mask, they sneeze, you get droplets on your hand, you touch your face, you get infected even with a mask.

When someone is infected, it rarely just stays at one person. They infect someone else who infects someone else, et cetera. And the person they infect will probably be a family member.

Masks obviously don’t work, or we wouldn’t be seeing a spike now.
