Once again, those are comic book shops. They are not the comic book industry.
Yes, and they’ve been losing tons of money and readers since then
Yeah, Spider-Man has had bad stories. Every character who has lasted as long as he has has had bad stories. He’s also had a ton of good stories — Spider-Men, Spider-Verse, Superior Spider-Man, Spider-Island, and, hell, even the current Nick Spencer run is being called great. You might have quit, but that doesn’t mean…
Casual and new readers aren’t going to be jumping into big events anyway or starting in the middle of a run. Casual and new readers are starting with #1 issues or brand new runs.
Well, that’s completely wrong. For one thing both the Clone Saga and One More Day made money. Changing continuity or having annual events isn’t hurting the industry at all. It’s only when they go overboard and stretch out those events that readers get bored.
I truly don’t get why anyone would want a bunch of cheap, flimsy pieces of paper taking up space in their home.
Eh, no, Gaiman hated that addition. To him, Death of the Endless was the Death and in “Facade” he had her say:
I mean, Netflix is currently trying to get another season of Lucifer, which was a comic book spin-off of The Sandman. So I disagree.
Marvel finally owns the rights to Miracleman and Marvel Studios could make it as a movie or show. The problem, however, is that it would have to be a hard R and, well, Disney would not want to make that. Hell, Marvel had to partner with Netflix in order to make the rated R Netflix shows and those would pale in…
Oh, its another super hero show
God yes. I loved The Magicians and he needs to be in more stuff.
I wish I had Lynch’s optimism, but I’m afraid that instead of being a nicer, cleaner, friendlier world, a lot of people will, instead, emerge from this isolation eager for someone to blame and not care who.
Wait, Jess Rona? The same Jess Rona who did this:
I want it.
This looks amazing and I want to read it all now.
Wow, who found a way to interview my inner self?
I doubt it will, just because Matt Reeves is a better filmmaker than Zach Snyder and knows that people are sick of seeing the same scene over and over again.
I mean, this would be fine except for the fact that The Last Jedi is a much better film than The Force Awakens.
