ESPN and their buffoon Dan Rafael are in Floyd’s pocket, which is why I dread the day Floyd retires and makes promotion his full time job. He’ll be profilerating those shit values even more than he already has and no one in sports will stop him because of his money and power.

Watched almost his entire run as Prospero in The Tempest at BAM. A stranger, more detached performance you would not see. He scored as Jaques in As You Like It in the same run but ...warm and personable, he ain’t.

You can't gather some facts, throw them up there and then make a leap like cop=terrorist without sufficient data to support that analogy. Where's the analysis of terrorism? Where's the data about the effect on people? "Fear is a virus?" What is this, a high school English Comp essay? Hyperbolic and irresponsible.

The guy who ran the local theater actually tried to stop me from buying a ticket to G’14. I wished I would have listened. It was a heartless, shitty film. And I’ll add they straight our lied in their press. They said it wasn’t going to be a “vs” movie because they’d have no place to go after that. Well, they were

Right? I don't know if normal eyes can even see in that much detail. Looks fucked up.

Yeah I think a lot of time has been spent updating graphics for "realism," gore, etc and not enough time has been spent on game experience. I love my Wii as well. It's about fun for me.

You know what's weird? I prefer games like that. So much visual detail kinda kills it for me

Racism and geekdom, man. There's a master's thesis waiting to happen.

You have guessed incorrectly my friend.

Really hope Carter has the humility( ha!) to bring in some new blood. He's the Gene Roddenberry of the X-Files and we all know what had to happen for Trek to succeed it's second go-round: stop listening to him.

Found her love letter to him saved in a folder on the computer. Printed it out and gave it to her when she came for the last of her things.

These videos all were made before she ate that bus, apparently.

Thank you so much. Loved the details about the note from your dad. I shall also write notes!

You're right about that. And those shows often show "cliche New York" not the real thing or even a magical realism version of the real thing, which would at least be interesting. I believe Tina moved here from wherever, so this may be partially her finding it easy to tell that story. Perhaps why many others have done

But Omar...that is exactly my life story. It is a wonderful, magical place. What's wrong with people thinking that? Other than they either paint NYC as the 60s New York with all the fun and magic or, weirdly, the 70's NYC with all the danger and the crime?

No, there isn't but you have been a tremendous help to me with this discussion. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. To clarify, I wasn't thinking so much of the responsibility to be a teacher's assistant. I meant more just being responsible to develop your gift for your own good and for what good it may bring others in the world. I know that sounds a little lofty, but I have wondered if I had a a child like

Serious question: Would it have mattered to hear about "responsibility" and "kindness." I don't think a kid should be made to feel weird about having special skills or attributes, but I have known some incredibly smug, stupid and self involved talented people. And I just wonder, if they had been raised to be grateful

Yeah, but there's some latitude in the "New York" trope. You can spin it so many ways. I've never found a version of the "genius/jerk" that I could stand and I'm even a little pissed off that Benedict Cumberbatch managed to convince them that the modern Sherlock should be that way, too.

I bought this game, always sucked miserably at it and still do not regret the purchase. It was just a masterpiece.
