A Republican Congress would absolutely do anything and everything Elon demands to lower restrictions to allow Elon’s half-baked cars drive themselves right over any American who dares to walk the streets.

It’s called Project 2025. Republicans have never been quiet about their determination to dismantle government oversight so for-profit companies get free reign and their determination to treat their watered-down version of the bible as the new constitution.

While not being able to shoot them down seems dumb, the reason is that missed shots and debris come down into civilian areas.

Unclear why an unidentified drone cannot be shot down when flying in restricted airspace over a military installation despite the “law”.

Unfortunately, California is not all in on an ICE Porsche future, planning to ban the sale of non-Porsche cars starting in 2035.

It’s a little 16k town in northern CA that didn’t bother investigating what would fit their needs or what else they’d need to get to make them useful parts of their fleet.

Most of this sounds more like “sports car as a cruiser” problems than “EV as a cruiser” problems.

It’s the batteries - super heavy, they’ll always sink.

We have similar experience and I heard both of these things many decades ago.  Just because YOU haven't had it explained to you means nothing.

Is the shock that there was a bedbug on a plane, where hundreds of bags from dozens of hotels are onboarded every day, or that the bug had the nerve to sit in first class?

Mostly, I think the answer is that you know EXACTLY what you’re doing here. This is an entire writeup built out of the premise of “WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE THINGS THAT I DON’T LIKE?!”

There’s two kinds of automotive stupidity. Harmful and harmless. Prop cars are harmless and if they bring joy to their owners I don’t have to understand. I wish their owners all the joy in the world even though I don’t get it.

You wrote this article simply for rage bait and for the fact you don’t understand it. You’ve mentioned it more than once that you don’t understand the why. This can go for any hobby or fandom of any sort. Many things has it’s following. Back to the Future fans isn’t anymore different than clothing fashionistas that

There is an answer. It is very controversial and seems to upset a lot of people, particularly on the internet. I’ll probably be hunted down and doxxed into oblivion for even hinting at it, but here we go:

Then don’t buy one.

OK, but again - just because you don’t see the point in owning it, or see yourself getting any enjoyment out of it, doesn’t matter. Someone clearly does get enjoyment out of it. And they hurt absolutely no one in pursuing what makes them happy.

Hi. Gen X here. This entire article is why Boomers say Millennials are dipshits.
