That’s not Sunset ... Sunset Blvd is 3 lanes and have grass and trees on either side, not graffiti on walls.

I know you have to do a complete stop for peds in CA ... but this guy was just standing on the side of the road dressed as a chicken, not crossing with a large gap, and then stepped onto the road when a car comes near. The way they execute these stings make them look so suspicious.

Lets say I accept the argument that AM radio is VERY VERY important ... why does it have to be the car that it is mandated to have one? Why not every cell phone? Or every TV? Computer? Tablet?
