It all goes back to him being forced to buy it for far more then it was worth because he’s an idiot. It wasn’t making enough revenue to cover the debt payments he had to take on to finance it before he started screwing it up. Now it’s just money down the drain at an accelerated velocity. I can’t see how this lawsuit…

This solves nothing since essentially EVERY single EV charging location is set up for the opposite.

Normally suing somebody for not advertising with you , would be laughed out of any court. But notice that Tesla is filing this lawsuit in the right wing kangaroo court in Texas.  You know that court will ignore the Constitution and precedents and make a ludicrous ruling.

It shows how desperate Twitter must be for money. This type of action would best be negotiated in meetings, not courtrooms. And all the advertisers will have to show in court is Elons dang tweets. Can't imagine a judge ruling in favor of Twitter here,though like you, I have no legal knowledge. 

My knowledge of law is pitiful at best, so maybe there’s something to the Twitter lawsuit. But “illegal boycott” is my new favorite phrase, since no is required to give your company money. Surely suing advertisers (less than a year after telling them to “go fuck themselves” if they didn’t want to use Twitter) will…

The F-150 that it was towing was experiencing the exact same forces on the other end of the chain, and was completely unscathed. Any body-on-frame pickup truck from the last 30 years would have been fine.
