I would trust a 3rd party giving me that information more than the manufacturer, who has a vested interest in providing a high battery life number to boost resale value of their cars.
I’m not sure I trust Tesla to not pull some shenanigans like always showing battery health to be above 70% if the car is less than 8 years old. The manufacturer might provide some % if you look but who can say they are accurate, and there’s no law to make sure they are.
