i would kindly ask that he shifts his revving schedule to later on in the day, but that i appreciate the sound of a nice engine like that, and am not asking for him to completely stop.

If you guys only knew that this guy has a Mazda 787B under a tarp in the corner of his garage, which he takes out in the driveway and revs for an hour or so every Saturday about 5:15 AM. Of course, you’ve got to do that regularly or the apex seals are going to fail.

So if I was looking for real estate in Delaware, I’d contact the plaintiffs, post-haste. Because after being hosed like this, chances are they’re just going to suck it up and move (which they should have done in the first place if his shop bothered them so damn much). I’d want this guy as my neighbor so badly hahaha.

On the other hand, he still has assholes for neighbours.

Not really much of a win for anyone. The neighbors hate each other and I believe the legal fees for both sides are past $50k.

This is more of a win for common sense and decency.
