unfortunately, this guy is a nut-ball only out to make a quick buck. his scientific background seems to be questionable at best and he has stated in an interview, when asked to see his "data", that "It's really more of a business experiment than a scientific experiment."

It doesn't work. It cannot work.

Even if his intentions were good and honest [and looks like they were not], this is a stupidly bad idea. The punishment needs to be more than economical or jail.
