Same here. Paul Krugman had an editorial in the NYT a few days ago about how Hillary is getting “Gored” (as in Al Gore) by the media. The media is reporting every tiny thing about Hillary as it’s a scandal. She coughed! Her foundation! She met with a Nobel winner! She won’t talk to the press daily!

Trump also gave money to the Texas AG for the same reason - to stop investigating Trump University. Ivanka also gave money to Bondi.

Yet Trump supporters think Trump will bring jobs back to America (when even his own stuff is made overseas) and fix the economy.

There was an article about people’s worsening behavior in public parks in regards to the animals. People climbing over fences, people actually picking animals up and putting them in their cars/vans/trucks, and one woman who was quoted as saying she wants to get close to a grizzly bear so she could give it a cookie.

Yeah but she was pissed - you could tell. She’s not that good of an actress to hide it. If she truly weren’t affected by it she would have been laughing, rolling her eyes, etc. Also, her comebacks when she got to the podium were weak. She’s the typical bully who can dish it out but can’t take it.

Dennis Miller is one of the saddest cases in terms of comedians. Not because he was self-destructive but because he became painfully unfunny overnight. 9/11 sent him off the rails and he has never recovered. He is the humorless right-wing bore he used to make fun of back in his SNL days.

Conservatives’ jokes tend to be mean-spirited. They are punching down. In comedy it is always funnier if you are punching up.

Agree with this. I went to private Catholic schools from Grades K-12 and the vast majority of my teachers were raging assholes who had no business teaching kids. Private school teachers aren’t always better.
