Vogue covers have been steadily going downward at a rapid pace. The Taylor Swift and Amy Schumer covers were awful and this one is bad as well, no matter how pretty Kendall is. This cover - like the model herself - is a crashing bore. The color, the background, just ho-hum.

The RiRi W cover and photos are AMAZING! They blow Kendall whatsherface and Vogue out of the water.

It seems as though Judge Persky places WAY too much emphasis on what the probation officer recommends. We already know that Brock Turner lied to the probation officer about not doing drugs or drinking previously and Persky had that information when he sentenced him yet still went with the ultra-light sentence.
