Am I drunk and that’s why I need to be picked up?

I’m with Georgia Power and you’re 100% right.

FWIW, I set the bar at 5 10.5 and I always had a height bar of 6'3 and it was never a problem. I wound up proposing to and marrying a guy who is also 5.10.5 which blows my mind to this day!! (Married for nearly 11 years.) One of the first things we did was go to Home Depot to measure ourselves because his license said

There’s a work dress I own in about 7 colors. No regrets.

Divorces are generally done in the state where the couple resides at the time of divorce, provided they lived there 6 months before filing (state laws vary on this).

*dying*

Everyone needs to ditch the traditional way of numbering headings and go straight to 1, 1.1, 1.2.1, etc.

Yes, you're basically fucked either way.

Hmmmmmmm. What about degree-d married couples with no children?

Same. I felt like I was patient zero with a new death virus and so now I always get my flu shot.

Yeah, on the small scale, I’m postponing buying a car because there may be deals to be had within the next year.

“What if Bernie Sanders told you that legislation he passed in the house recently, U.S. House, would raise that minimum wage to $15 an hour?”

Yeah, maybe I should just practice with my husband’s lenses but that also seems like a bad idea.

Yeah, this won’t work for me. I currently don’t wear contacts because ... lol, I am scared to stick them in my eye. Fortunately, my vision isn’t terrible so wearing glasses isn’t a big deal. I wish the docs would let me take the contacts home with me to try them out instead of demanding that I stick them in while in

Hm. So, is America going to start barring people from visiting based on their belief that America is not currently great?

This is hilarious!!

I looked into Lasik but my eyes are so dry the doc said that if I got it, I would need reading glasses earlier 😭 so I declined because I really like being able to see things in front of my face.

That's exactly the situation in Atlanta. The City Council is trying to do something now that we've had 4 deaths in the area, but I doubt there's the political will to install LIT lanes which would be best for people who actually live and work in the city.

Hah. A mom I know is considering installing a tile floor and a drain just so she can hose the whole thing down.
