Yeah, this happened to me when I was 22. They just refused to accept my out of state drivers license - nothing I could do, even though they accepted everyone else’s drivers license FROM THE SAME STATE. This was 17 years ago and I’m still salty about it.

Really. The fact that this guy was never charged and apparently never noticed is just ... amazing.

Jafar is sulking in the corner over this comment.

This is fantastic.

I highly recommend Netflix’ Midnight Diner as decency porn.

In Atlanta, they’re geofenced on the beltline (a multiuse trail with a lot of walkers, runners, people from the suburbs on rental bikes) to 5mph.

LOL. I think there was some gender bias in my mind. Like, his mom worked for the fire department so I automatically put mom as the teacher. Even though dad was the teacher and his mom worked for the fire department (but not as firefighter).

“Unless he has family money or invested really well, I doubt he could afford it.”

Don’t get too excited - she was on the cover in her wedding gown as Trump’s bride.

The number of people crying “IT’S NOT HEALTHY” while ignoring the complete lack of cholesterol is fucking amazing to me.

Hahaha. I love the Stand and own a copy of the original and expanded.

Lizzzzzzzzo.

I think the look would have been better if the shorts were shorter.

I’ll be 40 next year and I had no idea. And I know who Robert Redford is!

Hahah. Yeah, I’m in an office of 5 women and we all dress for the weather outside, so we’re constantly running our space heaters because the building’s air is set for men in polyester from head to toe. Men need to take some tips from Africa, Middle East, and Southeast Asia... it’s too hot and humid for what men are

The other insane thing is that things that weren’t there on Day 1 popped up on Day 3. And I’ve been on Facebook since... 2006, maybe? Of course, I think maybe I did a lot of deleting in the past so it wasn’t as bad? Also, imagine deleting a million birthday messages. Jesus. I still need Facebook for a couple things -

You can delete everything on your wall. I spent a couple days last year doing just that.

I was actually thinking about this this morning because lawd, the humidity has been thick for weeks. But, it’s men who uphold these fashion choices. If men want to start wearing shorts in the office or lighweight tunics, they need to get other men to approve.

I’ve lived in Atlanta for nearly 20 years and you are dead right on both counts. I think the Varsity is mostly nostalgia and tourist trap.

Hopper smokes a lot but that seems very on brand for an Indiana cop in the 80s. I've got no issues with the depiction. It's not like the kids are smoking (which, uh, kids were definitely smoking when I was a teen in the 90s).
