I vote for the Transit, I have my sensible head on today.

No, I saw the whole comment, but the first half of it is irrelevant to the point at hand: average people don’t care about the things you do, and the “downsides” to crossovers don’t make much difference to their shopping. For them, a crossover is all upsides.

In the Netherlands in 2019 the average new car was €37k. With the Tesla Model 3 being the best selling vehicle. Yes, including ICE vehicles. Average prices were much, much lower only a few years ago though. The market has been reshaped due to heavy CO2-based taxation.
