Unfortunately it was just a half-hearted attempt at some sponsorship, not a proper Alfa Romeo team. I wonder what will Alfa do now when it comes to racing.
“Thankfully, von Koenigsegg made the CC850 a little more predictable from a power delivery standpoint: the twin-turbo V8 is slightly detuned compared to the Jesko, making 1,385 hp on E85 (down from 1,600).”
Lamborghini has taken their place (and the entires programme possibly) and Toyota will not be alone. In fact 2023 is looking to be a magnificent year for Endurance racing, a bit like the Group C of the mid-late 80’s or the GT1 / LMP of late 90’s. Enjoy while FIA lets it last…
Auto Union is back to Grand Prix racing!
Because I understand there have to be more entries than just “Stirling Moss” (which is the only truly correct answer), Markku Alén.
This is the correctest answer and it should feature at number one for anyone who considers himself/herself a petrolhead.

You just have to love the Americans. Hatchbacks, different, Europe, different! Love, good!
Indeed.
I am from Barcelona. And indeed it is as how you explain it.
I am indeed. Spain to be precise. Our average is €21k.
I can visit any Skoda, Seat, Renault, Citroën, Fiat, Ford, Hyundai, Kia or Peugeot (to name just a few) and easily find a brand new car for less than 30 grand.
In fact I just looked it up and in February 2022 the average new car price in Spain was €21,553.
How many are the Asian options? This looks like a very short list anyway. I am sure there are many more options here in Spain.
$46,000 average new car price sounds like a lot. I doubt here it is anywhere near this (mid twenties maybe?). And that is even taking into account that cars in the US are usually cheaper.
Even for Europe, where distances are a lot shorter a 160km range is not enough. We do not certainly need +600km, but 300-400km at least.
That is very 70’s indeed.
