My mom had a 2012 A6 Avant from that era with the 3.0T, it was actually pretty solid, she sold it last year though.

I thought the same, those are huge spots for dedicated motorcycle parking, they’re like half that size at my work parking lot

Yeah the exterior differences are definitely pretty subtle. I think the only other way to tell from the back is that the X300 had a horizontal line that wrapped around the rear bumper, they definitely didn’t go overboard on the exterior refresh, that’s for sure haha

I had one of these XJs for a couple years, I thought it did pretty well the handful of times I got to drive it through snow.  I think the long wheelbase helps.  With good tires it always had enough traction to get around fine.  If you got the rear to step out it was very predictable and easy to control.

When I was a kid we would fly in to Fargo to visit my grandparents in MN, it was closer than flying into Minneapolis. Good memories flying in on Northwest DC-9s and sometimes a 727.

I had an friend of a friend with a Malibu Maxx SS, I think it was the only SS wagon I ever saw. I don’t know if I would really call the Malibu a re badge of the Vectra though, it is substantially different.  You could maybe getaway with calling the Aura a Vectra rebadge.

Does the part cross reference with some Holden maybe?

737 MAX can’t meet Part 25 standards without MCAS, that is the main purpose of MCAS. It does also allow the MAX to behave like the 737NG, but that is not the main purpose of MCAS. Of course that is what Boeing emphasized because it sounds better.

It definitely has the looks like a nice car, but it just looks like it has the same presence as a regular A7, not a car that cost the better part of $100k more.
