No matter what any administration does people are still going to text, eat, do makeup, drink, etc. and drive. Sure you can implement more tech for people to be safe, but it’ll increase the overall cost of vehicles. It seems to hard for people to just focus only on one thing, driving.

I am not sure if this is true. Having visited Korea many cars are still manual, even busses. I think Hyundai is kind of like Mazda where they are going to try to prolong the sales of manuals as long as there is a market, albeit a small one in comparison to automatic.
