Judging by how this episode ended, I’m pretty sure it was a series finale, and the renewal for another season came way after the entire season was already completed. It feels so much like a series finale and not just regular season ending, especially with Jessica Walter stuff in the end.

A lot of people who aren’t fantasy fans know about LOTR on the account of the trilogy and The Hobbit movies. Also, a lot of people know GoT on the account of it being at one point the most popular show in the world. WoT isn’t as popular, so it will probably fail the hardest.

The first two had some of the most inventive and batshit insane (the cult one and the succubus one for example) horror shorts. The third one wasn’t that good. I’m still interested to see the new one.

Honestly, the island season is one of my favorites of the entire show. I’d watch entire spin off in this setting. The noir and space seasons were also good - I liked the space one more, but that’s because I’m not a big fun of noir.
