I kick arse for the Lord!
The first season was the best, but that's because it was only 6 episodes long, and the show was run by Frank Darabont. It started to go downhill when he was kicked out and replaced by hacks of varying degrees.
Looks like Game Of Thrones and Vikings are trying to out-battle-episode each other. The whole failed attack sequence was fantastic.
The Saviors are hilariously incompetent and get killed by dozens, until the script tells them to be competent and capture several very important Alexandrians.
Dawn Of The Dead remake was good. Watchmen is one of my favorite superhero movies ever. I liked Man Of Steel. Zack Snyder is fine by me. Yeah, Sucker Punch was stupid, but everyone has his bad moments.
Exactly. Ubba already seems a little bloodthirsty.
I think I know where all of this is going - Great Heathen Army and Alfred's war against the sons of Lothbrok (and Guthrum), or basically the events of the first season of The Last Kingdom. All of the major players in this plot are already on the show. I even think that Erlendur's kid Guthrum will be the same Guthrum…
Most of TWD since season 2 is a proof that the show needs 10 episodes per season at the most. The writers simply don't know what to do with 13 or 16, that's why we have episodes were people just walk in the woods for 45 minutes or the Morgan episode this season. Or having to rehash Governor's arc for entire first half…
There are 3 kinds of stories TWD is able to tell:
"Dennis is a psychopath and a borderline rapist" stuff goes waaaaaay back. The D.E.N.N.I.S. System episode was in S5. I don't remember any direct references to his creepy behaviour from before that, but that probably means I should do a complete IASIP rewatch. In fact, I should rewatch the series anyway.
Are you, or have you ever been a leprechaun?
F-.
It was some good old complete insanity, where everyone talks nonsense, chaos ensues and someone gets mutilated because of the Gang.
Think of something clever … "Dee is a bird!".
There is too much Pride and Prejudice and not enough Zombies in this movie.
Every episode where Dennis goes batshit insane is at least a B+.
This episode was funny. Maybe not as funny as the classics, but I laughed a lot.
I don't know what M. Night intended with this movie but it was thoroughly hilarious for all the wrong reasons. It's one of the prime examples of so-bad-it's-hilarious genre, with the likes of The Room and Birdemic. It's one of the best unintentional comedies ever made.
Charlie's sex faces. That is all.
The series finale should be titled "Dennis is a serial killer" because there's no way he has no collection of human skins buried somewhere in the pub's basement.
