Heartbreaking. I saw my old Corvette for sale on Craigslist about 2 years after I sold it with what was described as a bad engine. The pics showed front end damage.

Go with a Suburban. They’re not too bad on gas on the highway. They go for about half of the total budget, comfortable, reliable, come in 4 wheel drive, can fit a bunch of stuff in the back when you remove the 3rd row.

I’ve always found it interesting that the designation was originally RS-71 as in Reconnaissance/Strike. Lyndon Johnson transposed the letters during a speech announcing the existence of the Blackbird and nobody corrected him.

This thing looks like a mish-mash some kid drew in detention back in 77. The IP looks like something you’d see on an amusement park ride. The interior color combination is hideous, even for the 70's. I like these big wagons, but this one doesn’t do it for me at 5K. Engine bay is too messy and the rump imprint on the drivers seat gives me the creeps.

Actually I don’t think it is a 200 anymore. Looking at the rear, the 3rd brake light is mounted up high in the 200. The car in the photos has it mounted low beneath the glass.
