Horizon 4 totally sucked me in, I enjoy just tooling around, maybe do an event, smash some boards, find a barn - super relaxing. I focus more on that than the actual racing. i do like the use of F for temperature, well except for the darn confusing boiling point and freezing point, which I still think of in metric after being here for 15 years.

Given the google / oracle case over APIs these guys should argue they are just making something that is API compatible with the assets that folks already own. That is now settled law. So long as they didn’t copy source or assets I would suggested there is no fair use case they have to argue.

i recently went back determined to finish the original Psychonauts on Xbox back compat. That platforming in that last level is atrocious. Note i believe it was eventually tweaked on PC to be easier. But not on OG xbox backcompat.

fair enough and to refute your refutations - the raw numbers of the SSD is not whole the story, you have to look at how xbox streams off the SDD - net performance on optimized new architecture games is much of a muchness between the machines.

Iassumed it was already that complex just with the games and ea play etc etc - its unclear what the financial model is, i would love to know as my day job is all things b2b digital marketplaces, and trust me i have tried to find out, and failed, lol.

umm xbox SSD is just as good they just took different approach with the other parts of the velocity engine

I suspect the oracle / google android ruling now protects this as APIs are not copyright. so as long as you black box the code and write from scratch and don’t distribute copyrighted images or sound files you are safe... if i had to bet. 

most 390 series mobos and later (and many earlier) have firmware TPMs you can enable without needing to fit physical TPM.

My HDMI passes audio just fine, you have a hardware problem - go talk to your HDMI maker and their drivers.
