Well, given the short ownership tenure, I have a hard time putting much of a premium on it as the “only DB5 ever (barely) owned by Sean Connery”. Was he alive to see the completed refresh? Did he ever drive it? The fact that there are no pictures of him with the car suggests not.
Saw a first gen SW2 on used car lot today. It really was a handsome little wagon. Always loved that up swept character beltline.

I’d be happy to pull out of the garage, drive to Sonic or appropriate regional variation for road trip food, pull back in driveway to set up grill, lawnchairs, etc. for some better-than-back-yard-camping!

Agree that corporately owned dealerships are much more likely to respond to unflattering press and social media. I think they may also be much more interested in automating the buying process. Or I’d think they would. Potentially.

The real tell will be what got cross shopped. Did any of these sales come at the expense of F-series or Ranger? Or from Escape, Edge or Explorer? Or did it come from CR-Vs, RAV4s or even Camrys and Accords?
