The really large radii on the edges make it kind of toyish to my eye.
Seatbelts.
I remember when everyone was pooh-poohing GM hybrid trucks as stupid and irrelevant. We’ve also come a long way given they now stuck for not having an all electric pickup.
Uh, SEMA, dude.
I think we can assume there are all kinds of poor drivers out there driving all kinds of vehicles. Given that seems exclusive to large SUVs, I think there’s something else at work.
Jason or AI?
I swim outside ever evening on my way home from work. Nothing is more perfect a little steam coming up off the pool. Until you have to get out in 40 degree weather and run like hell for the door to the Y. This afternoon is was a balmy 65 degrees when I hit the pool. Love winter in Texas.
I bought my dream car (of the moment) 25 years ago. I had horrible buyer’s remorse ... and went from zero to three kids in the first the 3 years of ownership making my convertible Z28 a somewhat silly vehicle to have in the garage. I still own it. But sometimes it’s a little bit of an anchor around my neck. I love to…
Sales manager here. Pressure before or after is crazy and backwards. You gotta have a soul and integrity.
I care about the Supra I and II. Indifferent about the III. F&F ruined IV for me. Of course, being over 40, I’d rather buy an original off BAT than spend that kind of money on an ugly new Supra. I don’t think I’m their target market.
Dodge Colt / Plymouth Champ fan. Like a Mini-Pacer love child. Mitsu Mirage/Colt without the 5 mph bumpers is perfection.
Why is Land Cruiser museum in SLC?
But wouldn’t that be pretty easy to address with a US sized battery? Should be a good amount of space for batteries in there given the ride height.
I’m not aware that it’s going to be called the Mustang SUV. Seems likely.
I think Ford could do a lot worse than to crib some styling cues from the Mustang. It’s one of the best looking cars out there. Challenge is doing that without messing up the “heritage” piece of the Mustang.
I’m definitely on board with the toned down front end. Though I think the overbite is a relatively weak design cue ... less is more less offensive but more boring.
Now, don’t go throwing your attorney under the bus. He could sue you for that.
I’ll settle for one that “sees” the car slowly merging into my lane. Our Pacifica doesn’t notice it until is more than half way over at which point you’ve already had to intervene to avoid rear ending that car.
I knew the mechanicals where different. Seems like a crazy waste of money not to reuse tooling for doors, roof, hatch and yet wind up with an essentially visually identical vehicle right down to the character line.
