I did the same thing two years ago. Heart palpitations, shortness of breath etc. I sat in the waiting room for 5 hrs after being triaged. Hell by that time I was feeling better and was about to leave. A nurse came running out and stopped me. I had multiple blood clots in both lungs and the right side of my heart had

This is the best video I have seen for the best way to use the ab wheel and I noticed a big difference when I switched to doing it this way.

Funny enough you’re not alone. Children and teens especially need the most amount of sleep of any human due to our development during that period of life. Teens especially tend to want to sleep a lot but go to bed later for a variety of physiological reasons, making our High Schools really bad for development as many

Breaking news: we’re all faking it until we make it, adults included

I only do them while skating at the roller rink; to pick people up with my sweet-ass moves.

Using a kettlebell or weight is a good counterbalance, takes the stress off the knees.

Like when I quit drinking it was like ‘I won’t drink at this party tonight’ not ‘I will never drink again’.

This must have been just before the bar breakdown. David and Brandon dropped off the truck and I could tell they were both running on fumes. David actually offered to let me take the Grail for a spin but I declined for two reasons.

The friendships we made along the way.

This is true automotive journalism. Thanks for sharing your sketchy, unsafe, and arduous wrenching adventures with us once again, David!

What a thrilling story.

Brandon sounds like a true friend. Broken cars are easier to fix than broken friendships, so go easy on him next time! Great story as usual.
