I was sitting there for about 5 minutes thinking about how much more enjoyable that car would be compared to my Buick before I realized i forgot to read the article.

Tenthed.
Obviously I haven't driven all the Corvettes since '82 but the ones i have driven and the body styles since aren't doing it for me. And, I realize this is a shit point to argue, but i drive a Buick, not a Mercury, thank you very much.
Well seeing as my choice for under 100k was the GT-R....
I want to like it, but it looks like too many other cars and for 60k I'd put my money somewhere else. The Corvette has been dead to me since '82.
Thanks, now any little shred of attraction to the new Corvette I had has died.
Nice copy/paste of a owners manual that no one is going to read. Too bad it isnt really applicable. The point is that each car has its own oil change interval, yet the mechanics still promote 3,000 mile oil changes across the board for the sake of profit. Turbos and driving habits affect your oil as well. Your…
100% agree. I'll admit, if I know I'm in an area that no one is likely to park in I park worse. When parking at work for the whole day I often leave my new car across 2 spots (in the back of the lot) to keep people from parking next to me. My previous car lost a mirror and a bumper in the same lot.
Haha. I love each year after the first snow when everyone gets on Facebook to say that they totally would have stayed out of the ditch if only they had AWD. There's no substitute for good tires and actually knowing how to drive.
I have a 2011 Buick Regal (near base model) and as a 19 year old the most common things I hear are "but you dont look 65" or "but you're not even black". I like the interior, but everything else about it still screams old person.
Not ridiculous in the "Wow you'd have to be stupid to do that to your car" department, but takes the cake in the "Most money and resources wasted on unnecessary things". The 3,000 mile oil change. Modern engines and oils go further than those of the 70's, yet for the sake of profit mechanics still tell you to change…
Thank you for an actual response.
I've had it "help" once. My front passenger tire got cut and I didn't see it before i got in my car. Its not like I would have gotten anywhere anyways, but at least I didn't try to drive on it.
Reginald?
If I can be a quarter of the man this guy is my life will be complete.
Effective camouflage though, I cant bear to look at it.
