Loved that bit, Frieza may be an evil asshole, but he is also smart and pragmatic. Hell, the way the ep ended, it seems like he is going to give Goku some energy to get him back on his feet (just like Goku did back in DBZ).

In all honest, it is not like being alive or dead is really any different for him, King Kai still lives in his place doing exactly the same things as before, just with a little halo floating above his head.

The best part of the episode for me was how the Spirit Bomb impressed the hell out of everybody from the other universes, and a point was made that even Jiren wouldn’t be able to tank it. King Kai really is an underrated teacher.

Which is good. Jiren has been hyped for so long as this unbeatable titan of pure power, I would honestly have dropped watching DBS if Goku had beaten him right there.
