Hmmm... I think the first game that truly disappointed me was Rise of the Robots. Back in the day fighting games were my thing. SF2, Mortal Kombat, Fatal Fury 2 Special... I lived and breathed that stuff, I was even saving every penny to buy a Neo Geo AES. Cue the absolutely monstrous hype campaing Rise had going in.

Dunno, traditionally the titles available at a console launch are mostly filler, but usually have at least a new entry in a main first party franchise. For example the Switch had Zelda BotW, PS4 had a Killzone, and the Xbone had Forza 5. If the new Forza also gets delayed to 2021 (and I fully expect it will, I mean

You know what would be fun? If the game started with no full Suicide Squad formed, and the introductory scene have you control Amanda Waller going to Blackgate to pic a few villains out of a larger roster.

I don’t mind Harley in the Suicide Squad, but that isn’t true. Unless I am terribly mistaken Harley only became part of the team in 2012, and she was created in 1992 for the cartoon and then incorporated into the comics in the late 90s.

IMO Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Shazam all felt right. Of course those three movies have the same in common, the lack of certain person whose name rhymes with “Hack Snyder”

Days of the Future Past is excellent, one of the best superhero movies ever.

I have yet to need liquid cooling, so fortunately I have not experienced the pain. I only do mild OC on the processor (if anything), so every air cooler I’ve had has been more than enough to do the job.

You know, I actually had no idea Kanye West was an anti-vaxxer. Just when I thought the man couldn’t disappoint me more, and he goes and finds a new way.

I honestly had no idea the game even existed, this is the first time I am hearing of it.

Hotel Transylvania 3 was visually interesting at least, in that Tartakowsky went in all with emulating the deformations, transitions and stretch-n-squash techniques that give 2D animation its look. Of course, one could argue that the effort is a bit pointless since you could, you know, make the movie in traditional

I strongly feel that this is an insult to life itself.

A few years ago I dedicated myself to watch the original versions of several movies I liked and I knew were remakes. I found the 50s Invasion of the Body Snatchers and The Thing From Another World to be perfectly fine movies on their own. Night of the Living Dead (I grew up with Savini’s remake, sorry!) was an

Sooo... did Karen complain with the manager after the concert?

I am actually curious, what’s the origin of that “running late with toast on the mouth” trope, which anime did it first?

To anybody who may like Reboot and Beast Wars, I highly recommend watching the other sci-fi cartoon that Mainframe Studios did in the 90s, Shadow Raiders/War Planets. It’s a brilliant piece of space opera, where politics are as important as the action, the stakes are absolutely massive, the heroes are always outgunned

I don’t see what could be done to RE4 to make it better or more modern, that game is as close as perfection as it can be achieved by mere mortals. If it is about graphics, well, then get the HD remaster and add the HD Project fan mod.

Konami cancels Christmas

Have you seen Altered? It’s a 2006 horror movie directed by one of the OG Blair Witch guys, which I found pretty fun.
