You can’t expect a columnist to keep all those “-ly” words straight. If Spellcheck says it’s good, it’s a go.

“Ailing grandparent” is #9 on the Heidi Cruz “list of excuses for avoiding sex with Ted”.

You give an 8-year-old girl a sword and France gets nervous; it’s just practical politics.

The Lady of the Lake wouldn’t have given a sharp object to Trump, and is therefore a more logical, practical system of government than the one we’ve got.

Secret Wars started in ‘84; Secret Wars II started in ‘85. I’m not a fan of Secret Wars (individual taste) but Secret Wars II should be gathered up and buried in the hole with the E.T. Atari cartridges.

“Flag” does not equal “veterans/troops, current/former, alive/dead”; recheck your math, you have the variables wrong.

I really enjoy Horse and his Boy; Last Battle is preachy as hell.

Indiana Jones and No Son of Mine Will Avoid His Draft Notice, Vietnam Is a Noble Endeavor!

One, just one, and you’re infected forever. Like Tribbles or Amway.

I prefer Dawn Treader, but Silver Chair isn’t bad; I was more going along the lines of: most haven’t read that far in the series, or can’t remember a damn thin about it. It would be worth it for its comments on schooling, and emo Puddleglum.
