Urban millennial here, who is actually interested in buying a premium motorcycle in the next few years: Harleys are tainted in our demographic.
Are you saying Harley needs to sell crossovers?
I was expecting the giant LeMans BMW M8 to make its return here in the comments.
Classic UK plate on a classic UK car and a pre-EU German plate on a pre-EU German car. What’s not consistent?
Is this meant to demonstrate the size difference between the E30 and the upcoming G20 3 series?
Over here in the land of FCA, the Multiair engines no longer have an intake cam, instead the intake valves are actuated by oil pressure from the hydraulic “brick”. It allows for theoretically infinite intake valve timing, so there’s that.
Looks like they could extend the interval if they used just enough spring to compensate for wear. Might keep the valve from pounding on the valve seats too.
It’s just the owner’s way of getting rid of any pretense that he will ever drive it.
Please BMW, Audi, Honda, Toyota, and for the love of mercy LEXUS: Please take note.
At this point, we can make some reasonable assumptions about Toyota’s production timeframe:
China, Japan, and India are also adopting NCAP. Let that be the global standard.
Instead of a 50 state solution, can we get a 50-state + EU + Canada solution? And make it cover safety features too?
Neutral: I totally agree with a 50-state solution. The automakers already build to california standards. I would be ok with that being the 50-state solution. Maybe trump will even give himself a gold star declare how great his solution is. I live in MA which, IIRC, follows california’s emissions standards.
Toyota: we draw something freaking awesome, then the guys in the plant say it won’t fit, so we just use the pinch tool in photoshop.
GM is why ‘insert storied brand here’ is struggling.
