I want in too. FFXII is vastly overrated.

They can’t even push 1080/60fps, what’s the point of 4k?

The first one had potential. Maybe the next games will be good.

From games already have difficulty options. NPC and Player summons, non melee builds, Havel builds, some have strong early game weapons (Drake sword, Cleric start in DS2 was easy mode, etc).

I somehow can’t help but think of Ninja Blade when watching the trailer. It just looks like a mid-2000's cheap attempt at starting a franchise.

This looks pretty bad, and I mean it literally, it has a watercolor-like imitation style that makes me think my eyes are going bad when I see it it in motion. And the action itself looks pretty mediocre for Platinum. The live-service tag doesn’t do it any favors either.

Ramlethal is as black as Nagatoro.

Cool, I hope they improve on the mission design to make it more like the first demo instead of the final game. That’s my one issue with the game.

Game might be free, but GGG didn’t go from a bunch of guys working from their garage to a multi million dollar company by not having people invest in their product. So there are many people who paid for the game, and many who paid for it multiple times over.

A living, breathing city with proper AI and some NPCs with routines (the most realistic city in gaming according to them), a proper cop system, decisions that matter (for the sake of spoilers, that character death, you know the one, they said it was only one of multiple ways that could go down, which was a lie), they

“Therefore, it was a success”. And I didn’t say it wasn’t.

CP being good (and I maintain it’s not) isn’t even part of it’s success, it sold millions in pre-orders. You don’t do that with quality, you do that with hype, and it was pretty much the most hyped game ever.

And you are sitting there and pretending that CDPR didn’t originally want to release this back in April, when we didn’t even know when next gen consoles were going to release. They would have needed to gone gold in March, just at the start of covid really hitting in Europe.

Doom Eternal was a weird beast. I think it’s better than 2016 in almost every way, but while 2016 ended up feeling great, Eternal just feels exhausting. The changes they made to the combat system create a much more tactical game, but the ammo restrictions make it feel like I’m being punished for not playing the way

It’s not just a leaked plot point. Without going into details, it’s at least one leaked plot point, and one very important gameplay point too. And the gameplay in LoU is nice, sure, but in no way amazing. The characters and tone is what elevates it above the rest.

Or maybe I can take advantage of the fact that videogames can provide both story and gameplay and play for both. Which means that both aspects can also sour the game for me.

Whoever leaked the game saved me 70 euros. There were other ways to go for what they wanted, and I think they picked the most “for shock value” path.

Control was a weird game. The gameplay felt great, and throwing stuff around never gets old, but the game felt very boring. The story and characters are beyond dull. But the documentation you find are very interesting. Everything beyond the edge of what you are doing is interesting, but the game never really reaches

Besides what is listed, I’d ask for a way to repair weapons, and for climbing gear.

Even though I prefer glitchless or almost glitchless categories, it never fails to amaze how people find tricks like these.
