Yup. I’m skeptical too....she’s definitely messy. (A lot of lying, a lot of flip flopping, a lot of drama.) Her stated stances on some of the issues might be appealling, but there’s no evidence that she’ll keep those stances or know how to convert them into actual action.

I definitely feel you, and agree that the Left needs a ground up movement to rival the Tea Party and reignite the base, excite people about politics and see more progress on the issues that liberals support.

But how many Republicans (which I am not one, just bringing up a point) were demonized on this site for for flip flopping and being “sorry” about things they did in their past? “Democrat Socialist” or otherwise, they need to be held to the same standard. 

I dunno. I always considered the Tea Party to be alienating, ignorant and generally a cancer to our political system. Not sure if you want to compare it to that.

Does she regret them because she feels they were misguided; or does she regret them now that she realizes they impeded her aspirations for political office?

That’s all it takes? Admit that you’re regretful and move on? Lying about her financial background, her religious upbringing, her purported blue collar family and what not is what now passes as ‘openly admitting’?
