I do this as well. Roll the lemon, cut in half or quarters. Then stick a fork in the middle of the piece and rotate around while squeezing. I don’t care about pulp and seeds can be taken out afterward.

I’m only going to buy another house if its mortgage+taxes+insurance equals my current rent. I’ll live there for a few years and then probably move and rent it out. Very good balanced advice. It’s very frustrating for me to hear that people still think a house is a good investment. And I say this as someone who owns one (now rented out) and is in the process of buying another. It’s basically treading water once you factor in taxes and insurance and inflation.
