I do this as well. Roll the lemon, cut in half or quarters. Then stick a fork in the middle of the piece and rotate around while squeezing. I don’t care about pulp and seeds can be taken out afterward.

Very good balanced advice. It’s very frustrating for me to hear that people still think a house is a good investment. And I say this as someone who owns one (now rented out) and is in the process of buying another. It’s basically treading water once you factor in taxes and insurance and inflation.

Yup, sounds like what AES did for me. When I logged in, I could still see my individual loans listed out but at least it was one portal to see everything and send payments.
