It’s related to the recall.

I have no personal experience with any of the outdoor furniture, but I know the wooden ÄPPLARÖ line is very popular, and well reviewed. IIRC it’s the recommended set on Sweethome review site as well.

I’ve worked for Ikea for ~10 years now, in almost every department. Ama?

This.

So when you said, “You can checkout now and submit later, which makes it very easy to gift a suit.”

What you really meant was

“You can checkout now and submit up to 2 weeks later, which makes it very easy to gift a $350 credit that can’t be used for another 3-6 months when the sale returns for the suit you wanted”

Soylent. One important thing not mentioned is glycemic index. Ensure is very high in simple sugars and will cause spikes in blood sugar.

This is not correct. 1 scoop of 1.8 is 200 calories, but all Soylent meals are listed as 400 calories, so 2 scoops of 1.8 using the current scoop is a meal.

What part of soylent isn’t “actual food”? Are oats, wheat, and other cereal grains food? Are complex carbohydrates foods? Are protein isolates food? Are vitamins food? Are oils food? Those are all common, tested, trustworth food sources/ ingredients, whatever you want to call them. Soylent is just a balance of all of

Ensure has terrible gylcemix index, has very little nutrtional value. It’s much more similar to gatorade than a complete diet. Sugar + water + salt.

Right because “real food” has never had a recall due to actual illnesses, diseases, contamination, etc.

While soylent has just had recalls due to unknown allergies... I’ll stick to soylent. Soylent has never given anyone listeria or salmonella.

Must resist buying cool thing I don’t really need...

I wonder how these work, bluetooth? Wonder if you would be able to modify it and sync it to your phone and send a notification to your phone/pc/other bluetooth stuff.

Except people do, all the time, they just know what the allergen is and avoid it. Moreover there’s been no recalls or health scares due to foodborne pathogens like salmonella, listeria, ecoli etc that are done in mass every year with no improvement. Peanuts, tree nuts, shell fish, milk, dairy, etc are all real food

It doesn’t contain soy. It has soy isolated protein. It’s a complete amino acid profile protein, period. Less psuedo science please.

Please define actual food.

Soylent has more “actual food” than most of the prepared, frozen, or packaged foodstuffs are most grocery stores. Less preservatives, way healthier, and a pretty substantial shelf life. It’s the MRE that’s not complete crap. Find a 400 calorie nutritionally complete meal made from “actual

Traditional “meal replacement” things like boost and ensure are little more than a multi vitamin and a bunch of sugar. These are much much healthier, and are designed for complete nutrition, meaning low glycemic index (low amounts of simple sugars), and a healthy ratio of carbs/fat/protein (different brands have

Option 6: Give up, and try a soylent. Open bottle, consume liquid foodstuffs.
