Which platform is that? I played the PAL version of the Sega CD game. That said, I can’t remember the part you describe, so maybe it wasn’t included or was toned down, I know there were differences.

Archive.org has a link to a similar build without the Mario branding if anyone wants to play it (I think Romero uploaded it about a decade back):
I was all ready to root for him until I saw that stupid fucking react face.
I played through the fan translation of Policenauts last year, and the Sega CD version of Snatcher just before it. I love the world-building in both but the rapey sexual humour felt really incongruous (Policenauts especially).
Book Offs became my favourite shopping spots in Japan, despite the name I think they pretty much all had second-hand videogame sections and the prices were uniformly excellent. I’d otherwise not think to bother with a Japanese-language book store, so someone must’ve given me that tip... hope it helps someone else too.
No, it’s $60. Zelda fans always pay twice for the same game, so it makes sense, right?
That bok choy on that plate, cat?
I am genuinely here to hopefully educate individuals on something I think is pretty cool. Yes it’s not prefect but at least is challenging what we currently know about technology and data processing.
They do not generate anything aside from tokens with speculative value.
I am surprised that I am receiving so much hate just for explaining how things really work. People would rather live in ignorance and tell me “to go fuck myself” than have a legitimate discussion on the positives and negatives of blockchain.
Neat. Was just playing Mushihimesama on PS2, I really ought to pick it up on Steam.
I think the point here is that decent PC ports still aren’t the default in Japan, and they are elsewhere. “Better than before” can still be “less than others”.
Same. I don’t have any time for obnoxious trolls or the “git gud” thing but at the same time I know that that’s just a vocal minority of the “I like a challenge” crowd. I think the article crosses the line in mocking all of that crowd, and why? Because they like to play games in a different way? Seriously?
Are you aware that every major OS, with the exception of Windows, is at least *nix-based? That includes Android, iOS, MacOS, webOS in your TV, etc.
Interesting, I didn’t hear about the newer firmware.
There’s no easy way to use a closed platform like the PS4 to run your own code (as I understand it you need a now-ancient firmware, and can’t downgrade to it), and neither the base console nor the Pro was particularly high-end even when new, much less today. The combination of these facts seems to me to make it…
You quoted me saying that I disagreed with the database, so your pithy aside doesn’t make sense. There’s a quote function that you can use instead of pasting images, btw.
Seems that way. The N64 hitting well into the 90s comic book collector madness must have had a good few people staring at videogames back then, too. There will be other similar copies.

I downloaded the Denuvoless crack to apply to my purchased steam version of the game and sure enough the performance is much better!
