I have known many fat cokeheads. I almost respect them for keeping their caloric intake that much higher than their intake of cocaine.

It has been years since I’ve seen either and I’m definitely down to rewatch and reassess both of them but I remember Fear of a Black Hat being funnier. CB4 had some funny bits (and that amazing song) but I remember it being mostly flat for me.

I would argue that CB4 is a tepid comedy (and it sadly overshadowed the much better, funnier Fear of a Black Hat) but, my god, the Afrocentric rap kills me, everytime!

The endearing segment where she couldn’t name something like 20 white people in a minute was Billy on the Street’s finest moment.

I would argue that Don’t Be a Menace is a better movie than all of the Scary Movies. The jokes were funnier and weirder and the target - Black Gang Movies of the 90's - was a more difficult genre to parody than horror.

I was shocked that I enjoyed it. Make no mistake, this movie never felt like anything more the shameless cash grab that it is and the movie is filled with everything that makes my teeth hurt (shameless plot-hammering, toy related character rebranding, weak fan service) but, despite a shaky first third, I had a really

I have enjoyed Stark’s arc throughout the MCU films. Marvel did something really interesting with the characters and watching him deal with PTSD in Iron Man 3 and guilt with Civil War has been fascinating (and provided RDJ with the opportunity to really act)

So, I was disappointed that the character in Infinity War had

Trump’s brother is on the board of Zenimax, sure, but their CEO Robert A. Altman and his wife, Lynda Carter, publicly support more liberal candidates and causes. Do you have anything to point to other than Trump’s brother? I’m honestly curious because every company has rich Republicans on their board so I would need

What happened? I think it’s the music. Everybody tolerates anything that comes out of Kanye’s crazy-ass mouth as long as he is putting out amazing albums but My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy was 8 years ago and he hasn’t put out anything as good since.

Unlike John Kricfalusi, whom I always was sure was a skeez (though, I had no idea how bad), I really believed the John Lasseter myth. It’s sad to see that illusion disappear but I really hope this makes a better environment for everybody.

Fine. I can’t convince you. I just don’t care and I sure don’t feel like arguing with some sad sack on the Internet who needs validation. Feel free to put a crown on your head and dance around, calling yourself “King of the Internet”

I just don’t agree with several of your arguments. I don’t believe that “tickets sold” = “how much people enjoyed a film” and I don’t believe that “Rotten Tomatoes score” = “long-term critical consensus.

Yup. They are both Quicksilver. Personally, I think Fox’s Quicksilver worked much better and the Marvel one suffered by comparison.

I thought it was going to be movies that RuPaul was specifically in. After The Brady Bunch Movie, people would have a hard time with that one unless there are more Starbooty fans out there that I’m not aware of.

I will agree that the level of difficulty was very high.

If you wish. I’m not going to convince you. As I said, it something that I had observed and I found interesting but if you think different then have at it.

For me, on a purely base level, The Avengers worked and Age of Ultron didn’t. Loki was a charismatic villain but Ultron, after a great intro, became tedious. The interpersonal relationships within the group were breezy and smart in the first film but didn’t quite click in the second. On top of that, the Hulk being

I agree that Whedon is still in an enviable place in Hollywood. Again, I think he lost his blank check but I imagine that he can head any blockbuster that he wants to.

Thanks for that. I honestly always believed that it was about ruling.

It’s got to be partially his fault, doesn’t it? He was given free reign when he took over and, by his own admission, made multiple severe changes to a lot of the movie. It would be harder for me to argue if he didn’t take so much ownership of the film, after it was released.
