This is the first AC Valhalla DLC that is really making me feel conflicted if I want to play it or not.

There are a few contenders for sure. There was Paul Belmondo, a true pay driver who only qualified for 5 out of 11 races in ‘92. Not quite a full season, because he didn’t want to keep spending that kind of money. Came back in ‘94 with an even worse team and only qualified for 2 out of 16 races.
