Something that has really helped me is figuring out where I “fail” with every lift. I typically do 4 sets of each lift, 6-8 reps. Once I started working out to failure on the 3rd or 4th set (only getting 5 reps on that 3rd or 4th set), I noticed a huge improvement.

I’m no professional here, so take this with a grain of salt............Personally, I’ve lost about 75 pounds over the past two years. At the beginning, it was a lot of cardio and diet. But when I started incorporating weight training about 14 months ago, that’s when I noticed the most dramatic improvement in muscle

100% agree about static stretching. I’m a bit of an “old” now and have had a dramatic increase in hamstring/quad/groin issues the past 3-4 years playing softball and tennis. Now that I use a dynamic stretching routine to warm-up and static stretching to cool down, the one pull I’ve had this year was relatively minor.

It does but you’ll notice the full-body is only 3 days (M-W-F) b/c it works 3-4 “specific muscle groups” in one or two exercises vs the split routine which is 5 days (Mon-Fri) but uses 3-5 exercises to work one or two muscle groups.
