The Supreme Court did something good for a change, Trump indictments are stacking up like flapjacks, and Pat Robertson is dead. This seems like way too much good news for a single day. I’ll be hiding under my desk waiting for the other shoe to drop if anybody needs me.

One thing about stand your ground laws is that you actually have to be at risk - a closed door means you’re not at risk.  The need for self-defense doesn’t exist if you can remove yourself safely from the situation. #lockherup

It’s deeply ironic that, based on the reports of Lorincz’s prior interactions with Owens’ kids, those kids had a vastly better on-paper argument for justifiably shooting Lorincz at various points than Lorincz had for shooting Owens.

I don’t see how shooting someone with a gun can ever be a charge below murder. If you’re pulling the trigger, you’re obviously intending to kill them. Except in very clear cut cases of self defense, that’s murder! 

This “long-running feud” appears to consist of this woman repeatedly assaulting Owens’ children with no consequence.  Of course she thought she could murder Owens and get away with it.

Terrorist act? I’d call it a brave act of national defense. That pipeline was a conveyor belt that fed money from Europe directly in the war machine that was currently raping and pillaging its way across their country.
