What do you recommend for someplace like Alaska? Its 1000's of miles to another dealer and there are only a handful of dealerships and for the most part, any given brand is owned by the same dealer statewide.

If the dealership knows these surveys are crap and they are firing sales and techs then it’s not really the manufacturer’s fault is it. It’s the dealership screwing over it’s own people the same way they screw over customers.

It’s not our job, and I don’t care. If you want to fix your industry do it, I would start with stop pulling they same kind shady tactics with your customers.
